August 1995, the Conference of Quality First Vietnam was held in Hanoi, Vice President Nguyen Thi Binh has announced the initiation of movement Productivity – Quality in Vietnam Quality Decade times The first (1996-2005). Vietnam Quality Award officially launched and organized the awards since 1996. 2009 National Quality Award shall comply with the Product Quality Law, goods and Decree No. 132/2008 / ND-CP of the Government dated 31/12/2008.
