According to VGCL Vice Chairman Mai Duc Chinh, who is the Chairman of the board of the rankings in 2017, said that the “Businesses that Take Good Care of Employees” rankings, launched by VGCL since 2014, created a wide-range movement in order to encourage businesses in taking better care of employees, for the development of businesses and communities. It is also the guideline of the Party and Government in Resolution 20 and 35/NQ-CP on creating the most favorable conditions for enterprises and enhancing national competitiveness in general and enterprises’ competitiveness in particular in a globalized environment.
