Operational Excellence (OE) is an annual technical innovation contest organized by SCG Thailand, in order to encourage the creativity of all international member companies of SCG.

Participating in the OE award 2017, Prime Group's Energy Department won the award for Performance Improvement Solutions and Environmental Safety and Protection Solutions. Both proposals have helped Prime Group save manpower and production costs, while significantly reducing CO2 emissions to the environment each year.

 

Specifically, with the "Performance Improvement Solution" award, the Prime Group' Energy team proposed "Increasing gasification efficiency with new slag production", Prime Group can able to save more than 30 billion VND, while reducing the amount of CO2 emitted to the environment by 229 tons per year.

With the "Safety & Environmental Protection" award, the proposal "Safety and Reduction of CO gas leakage" from Prime Group' team can help to save more than 2 bilion VND, and reduce 1360 tons CO2 per year.

2017 is the second consecutive year the Prime Group participated and won the OE award held by SCG.
